Terms of Service

1.Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [OPERATOR NAME] ("we", "us"), the operator of Homework Hub. By using Homework Hub, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Homework Hub.

2.The service

Homework Hub displays assignments and due dates from a student's own Toddle calendar, which the student connects either through Google Calendar (read-only) or by opening Toddle's calendar file. It runs entirely in the student's web browser and does not store data on any server.

Homework Hub is not made, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Riverdale Country School, Toddle, or Google. Their names are used only to identify the services Homework Hub works with, and all trademarks belong to their owners.

3.Who may use it

Homework Hub is intended for students and their families. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms for you. Students under 13 may use Homework Hub only with a parent's or guardian's permission.

4.Toddle is the official record

We are not responsible for late, missing, or incorrect schoolwork resulting from information shown, or not shown, in Homework Hub.

5.Acceptable use

You agree to:

• connect only your own calendar, using your own accounts;
• follow your school's acceptable-use and technology policies;
• not attempt to access anyone else's information through Homework Hub;
• not interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer for harmful purposes, or misuse the site or its Google sign-in; and
• not present Homework Hub as an official school or Toddle service.

6.Google and Toddle accounts

Signing in with Google is governed by Google's terms and privacy policy. Your Toddle account, and Toddle's calendar export, are governed by Toddle's terms and your school's agreements with Toddle. You can disconnect Homework Hub from Google at any time using Sign out on Homework Hub or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. If your school limits outside apps on school accounts, those limits apply.

7.Privacy

How Homework Hub handles information is described in the Privacy Policy. In short, your data stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

8.Ownership

Homework Hub's design and code belong to [OPERATOR NAME]. Your assignments and calendar content belong to you, your teachers, and your school; Homework Hub claims no rights to them.

9.No warranty

Homework Hub is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

10.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [OPERATOR NAME] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Homework Hub. Because Homework Hub is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars ($0), except where the law does not allow this limit.

11.Changes and ending use

We may update, pause, or discontinue Homework Hub at any time. If these Terms change, we will post the new version here and update the dates and version number above; important changes will also be announced on Homework Hub. Continuing to use Homework Hub after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using Homework Hub at any time by signing out and clearing its data.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
